When will my yarn be shipped, and which company will handle the shipping?

I strive to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. All shipments are handled by An post, ensuring your yarn arrives safely and promptly. For international orders, shipments will be handled by your country’s postal service.

How should I care for my hand-dyed yarn?

To keep your hand-dyed yarn looking its best, I recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry. 

Will the colours of my yarn match the photos on the website?

Due to the nature of hand dyeing, each batch of yarn is unique. While I do my best to replicate the colours as closely as possible, there may be slight variations. This is part of the charm of hand-dyed yarn and adds to the uniqueness of your project.

What is your return policy?

If you need to return your yarn, please contact me through the website, and I will process your return as soon as possible. Please note that the yarn must be in its original condition and unused. We aim to make the return process smooth and hassle-free.
